A Settlement Agreement, also referred to as the “Settlement,” has been reached in a class action lawsuit about whether Tampa Bay Sports and Entertainment LLC (“TBSE”) sent or caused to be sent text messages to mobile telephone numbers without first obtaining express written consent of the recipients in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227 (“TCPA”). TBSE denies the allegations in the lawsuit and the Court has not decided who is right.

The Settlement offers payments to Settlement Class Members who file valid Claims.
